How to make kalakand mithai at home?




Ingredients
Sweetened condensed milk – 1 cup
Powdered Cardamom – 5
Paneer (cottage cheese) – 2 cup
Sliced almonds - 7

Method
1 Mix paneer (cottage cheese) with condensed milk.
2 Heat the above mixture in medium-low heat. Stir constantly while heating.
3 Continue until the mixture becomes thick.
4 Spread it on a greased plate.
5 Sprinkle cardamom powder and flaked almonds on the top.
6 Cool it and cut into square pieces.
