Sesame seed......................................................1 tsp
Asafoetida (hing)................................................a pinch

Oil as needed 
Method
1. Take wheat flour in a flat vessel bowl. Add crushed green chillies, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, ajwain, asafoetida, ginger-garlic paste, sesame seeds, chopped methi leaves, 1 tbs oil and knead into a soft dough
2. Keep aside this dough for 15 minutes.
3. Then make even size small balls of the
dough. 
4. Roll them separately with a rolling pin
into a round shape. 
5. Heat the flat cooking pan and roast each of the
rolled out theplas each side with some oil.
6. Serve them hot with butter or chutney or
curd or pickle.
